During their first year your baby can change and grow so much and their personality and features can really start to develop so quickly. From being a teeny, tiny newborn, to a smiley, chunky baby and then oh-so quickly they are ONE! It happens so crazily fast, which is why it’s so important to capture and have memories of all these beautiful stages.
My number one recommendation to families is to book the First Year Membership. This includes three shoots: Tummy Time (3-5 months old), Sitter (6-9 months old) and First Birthday/Cake Smash (11-13 months old). This package allows you to capture baby’s entire first year, and also includes discounts and perks as compared to booking only one milestone session.
TUMMY TIME
That first tummy time milestone is the perfect opportunity to capture all of your baby’s new facial expressions! (So much fun!) This is definitely one of my favorite ages to photograph, as they start to become so smiley. The results are always so much fun and create such adorable portraits.
SITTER
Sitter milestones are the best since babies are sitting independently and are just so chunky and adorable!! And not mobile yet, making it a lot easier on us to get those shots! haha!
FIRST YEAR BIRTHDAY
And finally the big ONE. Cake smash can be a super fun option to capture some entertaining photos of your child, whilst making an absolute mess! These also make perfect photos to use for party decor or as a beautiful memory of your baby’s first birthday. First birthday sessions include portraits of the baby, family and sibling photos, cake smash, and then a bubble bath at the end!
To make it as easy on parents as possible, I provide a whole range of gorgeous outfits aged up to 12 months old AND a whole selection of gorgeous dresses for mommas to choose from for the family photos.
The main focus of these sessions is on your baby or toddler, however I do include some family and poses during these types of shoots.
