Corporate headshots don’t have to feel stiff, overly posed, or like the traditional head-and-shoulders photo against a standard backdrop.
For this recent corporate headshot session, I photographed a large team right at their company’s office, creating a collection of professional images that felt polished and consistent while still looking natural and approachable.
Corporate Headshots That Feel More Natural
My approach to corporate headshot photography is a little more relaxed and creative than the traditional corporate portrait. Rather than simply having each person stand in exactly the same position and take the same tightly cropped head-and-shoulders photograph, I like to create images with a little more personality.
I’ll guide each employee through simple posing and positioning so they don’t have to worry about knowing what to do in front of the camera. The goal is a professional headshot that still feels like them — confident, approachable, modern, and natural.
Depending on the company and how the images will be used, we can also create a cohesive look across the entire team while giving each person a little variation in their final images.
Corporate Headshots Right at Your Office
For larger companies, bringing an entire team to a photography studio isn’t always practical. Instead, I bring the studio to you.
I come directly to your corporate office and set up everything we need on location. This makes it easy to photograph employees throughout the day with minimal disruption to their schedules.
Before the session, we’ll plan the overall look and feel of the headshots so the finished images complement your company’s brand, website, and marketing materials.
Giving Every Employee a Choice
One of the things I love offering during larger corporate headshot sessions is the ability for employees to choose the photograph they actually like best of themselves.
Rather than taking one image and deciding that’s the headshot, I photograph several options for each employee. In the week following the photo shoot, team members are able to review their images and select their favorite.
It takes some of the pressure off being photographed and means each person has a say in the image that will ultimately represent them.
Once everyone has made their selections, the chosen photographs are professionally edited and the complete set of final images is delivered to the company within approximately 2–3 weeks of the photo shoot.
Corporate Headshot Pricing
On-location corporate headshot sessions begin at $1,250 for up to 10 employees.
Additional employees are $50 per person.

- Two professionally edited final images per employee

- Final image delivery within approximately 2–3 weeks
Additional retouched images may be purchased for $25 per image.
